THERMAL TESTING

RecyCoolers are validated under ISTA 7D and ISTA 7E Extreme thermal profiles, which means it can maintain required internal temperatures even under extreme external temperature swings. Your temperature sensitive contents (from lab reagents to vaccines or pharmaceuticals)stay within their required temperature ranges through harsh shipping conditions.

RecyCoolers are also 3rd Party validated under ISTA 3A Distribution and Transit standards, simulating real-world conditions such as, drops, vibration, and stacking pressure. This ensures each RecyCooler provides reliable protection against physical shock and handling stress throughout the shipping process.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, RecyCooler’s materials meet the OCC-E recyclable standards, verifying that the cooler can be easily repulped and recycled in normal paper recycling streams. (No material separation needed.)

RecyCoolers can provide reliable insulation for up to 150+ hours, depending on configuration. (Short-term shipments can use lighter configurations, while an optimized pack-out provide extended thermal protection.)

Available in payload sizes from 2 liters up to 370 liters. Our RecyCooler Parcel solutions cover small to mid-size shipments, and RecyCooler Pallet systems handle bulk volume.

Fully curbside recyclable. After use, simply break down the shipper and place it in a standard recycling bin.
